I just found out that experiment was performed with H2O2, and that there was no electricity involved at all. I knew i didn't see any wires. And you are right on Mr. Morgan; About the screen(s) being plated with platinum, or even palladium. The H2O2 would need to have been of a pretty high grade, though. Now I've got a whole new question. I'll post it as a new topic, too.
HOW IS H2O2 MADE? That is of course, hydrogen peroxide. Seems anybody can make the stuff. I am led to believe it is not difficult due to all the sources that are distributing it, now.
