I'm glad you found my simplistic analogie sufficiently interesting to warrent as reply.
I used to belong to the 'think tank' of a large
UK company many years ago. Lateral thinking always promoted and often helped solve ongoing problems.
*Black holes do not produce matter, they just eat it*
So substitute (galaxy M87 ) a Black hole with jets. Or a Quasar with jets.My analogie is not important, but the thoughts produced might be.
The two points genuine basic points that I expected you to reply to were:
Estimating the age of nebulae by unwinding their arms?
Also since I mentioned that new particles are discovered every few years, I feel that
Micheleson-Morely were justified with their experiments trying to discover an ether.
Do you read 'unknown force/invisible matter, as
Michleson-Morleys ....ether of yesterday?
Todays thinking is that there is an as yet unknown basic sea of particles throughout the universe. But you are right when you say '....we have reached an edge of our present knowledge'Many thanks for the replys we will speak again.
