Re: Does 1+1= 2 (Southern Man)

$0.43/gal. that's a big chunk of $1.30 isnt it?
I had no Idea it was that much , I dont buy but 2-3 gallons per week , I just need enought to go the mile to the store to get stuff, when I dont feel like walking.

that $20 contains not $2 in taxes but more like $6.60.

it's a good thing you didn't add 6 cents to that figure.. LOL

Next, the cost of hydrogen is not $5 but more like $35 without taxes and $42 with the same taxes we have on gasoline.

The CFPFM could make hydrogen 24/7 from tap water the initial cost of production would only be the labor involved plus whatever the water cost.

One side effect might be that the exhaust of a hydrogen fueled vehicle (water vapor) is a far more potent greenhouse gas than CO2. So you end up burning fossil fuels creating hydrogen and CO2 and then dump water in the atmosphere with the net effect of doubling the current problem.

I believe that water vapor beats present exhaust vapors hands down , especially when there is no need to burn anything to make the hydrogen in the first place, the CFPFM does not burn any type of fuel nor does it require any type of energy input once charged.
