The "fact" of the unexpected action is inconsistent with the material reality of the construct of the peg board. An unbiased observer would conclude that the error is inconsistent with the reality of the problem being answered. But isn't any attempt to explain it subjective, and depencdent on the reporter's experiences and beliefs?
