i agree that it is what science should do...and i agree that it often does
but it also goes to show, contrary to popular opinion, and sometimes to professional opinion, just how tenuous and subjective is man's grasp of knowledge
still, paradigm shifts are usually hard won, and even then, many cling to bits and pieces of info from a concept that has or should have been entirely abandoned
perhaps when i have more time, i'll explain further
