Since Star Trek is the only TV I ever watch other than Nature, news and History, I'm afraid my examples are limited.

I've been to talk.origins before. Often a good place to read when looking for a laugh. You might read truth.origins (I'm unsure if that's how it's named... it might be true.origins...). Some real comedy is to be found there.
