Predicting the mutation of a machine like bacteria isn't exactly an applicable argument to predicting the mutation of machine with 50 million million cells, 66,000 genes, with a central processor and data-storage device that is capable of processing 10 quadrillion instructions per second.

No one argues that evolution (mutation) doesn't happen, why do these arguments continue to be made, as if there is still a point to prove?
