You guys are all running with a ball that you don't even have yet. Set up an instant mind-universe (Cosmic-sized Apple) and you have to set up light throughout that universe as occupying the whole of the universe. Thus the Light (Juice) to the occupants of that universe starts at that same moment and will represent not the Time, but the Distance to that origin.
Yes, it (any light-generating origin) continues to evolve from that point, and thus the changing emanations represent ongoing Time from the moment of Creation of your mind-apple onward, but that isn't to say that your effigy couldn't have been generated by you, intact, in a moment's time.
