late 60's and early 70's nuclear rocket engines were burning away in the u.s. this is not new news.

the fear of public disproval stopped the projects.

we now have the capability of spreading our waste.
billions are spent on storing and monitoring this waste.
how much will it cost to whoosh it into our neibors backyard now that we finaly are going to use it.
... HMMM... THE MARS WASTE STORAGE FACILITY ?
