Re: CFPFM funding review " REFUSED " (Pasti)

True indeed Patsi.
I was told in advance by the program administrator at sdsu that his superior told him that the C.E.C would not fund any invention that would break the laws of science.
and I have recently spoken to one of those superiors who was involved in the writting of the application and application manuals that state this fact " that the funding program will not fund any invention that would break the known laws of science".
I asked him where this qualifier for funding was found in another official document that I might read this funding qualifier/disqualifier he pointed to a document that has no reference whatsoever.

I happened to mention that perhaps this qualifier just rolled off of the tops of their heads as they were writting the application and manual.

there is no such documentation to my knowledge that serves as a guideline to be used to deny funding to a invention that might break the laws of science as the laws of science are mainly theory.

the mission of the C.E.C. research and development programs is not in place to protect the laws of science but to find a less costly source of electricity for the ratepayers of california.

so this small group of state employees has set their own rules that govern the funding programs that are supposed to be used in finding ways to reduce the cost of energy.

no one on this list has presented " A N Y "
sound mathemetical rebuttal of the viability of the CFPFM they have only ran the lip as most others do.

I would venture that most have found that the CFPFM would actuall work and they just fear change.
