I don't think they do. While nature's activities are viewed as natural. Human activity appears to be viewed as unnatural and needs to be curtailed or stamped out. Wish people would stop doing this to themselves. The attitude about volcanoes is probably justified by deciding they can do nothing about their activity, so they do something about human activity which has little or no effect in the overall scheme of the earth's temperature. This, apparently, makes everyone feel better.
