possibly if genetic manipulation gets the correct dna sequence by mistake, the result may be benign.

what i was stating was that effective results will not be consistent or continual until all of the correct info is available.

a percentage of tries may be effective, but lack of info will prevent all of them from being so.

it is a perceptive evaluation on your part, and unfortunalety, the occassional correct result will stimulate some people to continue experimentation.

in my opinion, in this case, it would be more beneficial to work to find info before subjecting humans to experimentation.
