Why would this be a Tarpan? Just because it looks like what some think a tarpan looked like doesn't make it one. Without a DNA sequence of a real tarpan to compare to this seems more just another program to breed for specific physical characteristics. They could have just as easily have breed for a horse that resembled a pomeranian.
