Some of us can look at your glass and say, "Oh, there's half a glass." Not half a glassful, or half a glass empty. Half a glass. Just "half". Is there something wrong with our perception? Are we inherently defective somehow? Is the middle road somehow not acceptable?
To some people, neutrality comes naturally. Does that make us space aliens? If so, I'd very much like to phone home.
