That very commendable lateral thinking Daniel.
I see what you mean,....by stacking up a series of 2D pictures (like the refocusing of a microscope) to produce an actual 3d image, as in Nature. Or turning the image thru 90 degrees, so that width becomes depth, is another way of doing it. Sounds good, prehaps he's on to something ;-)
