i am very aware of this situation.

you presented a nice overview of the topic.

my observation is that a lot of what is found to be 'average' in the northwest European population is considered 'normal'.

in fact, it is not.

in the diverse nieghtborhood in which i reside, there were many billboard ads for milk last year.
in reality almost half of the local ppopulation was probably lactose intolerant.

if blonde hair and blue eyes were a health situation they would be diseases.
