No? So, in order to do things such as type your response, and read this reply, you'd rather dump a billion times that amount of waste directly into the air and groundwater? Interesting.

3.4 metric tons were waste.What does that mean dan? Le'see, "Normal Operating Losses." Hmmm. Clearly it isn't "waste" in the normal use of the word. So when I asked, "Who'd want to waste Plutonium?" the answer is "not they".
