Sorry to shine light on another of the environmentalists lies but Florida would do just fine. Here is a worst case scenario from the EPA (not known for scientific accuracy) http://www.epa.gov/globalwarming/publications/impacts/sealevel/maps/images/flmissalac600.gif
Since I live in one of the red areas I can tell you that the estimate is bogus. I am well above 1.5 meters above sea level. But the full article (http://www.epa.gov/globalwarming/publications/impacts/sealevel/maps/pdfs/flmissalabw.pdf) even says they didn’t really do any study to create this map. They just created a model and hoped it represented real elevations which it does not.
