Re: Should we go nuclear and conquer space? (DA Morgan)

You have a very strange way of using the English language.

Really?

You wrote:
"They’re already started to protest fusion. Better jump on the bandwagon now dan."

Oh. Should've read "They've" I guess.

Why would you think I would protest something I strongly support?

Because you protest those things that support you.

I get it. You think I live in a cabin in Montana and I am against progress.

No, I think you live on an island off the left coast and feel guilty about being better off than others. Not guilty enough to actually do something about it but guilty enough to pay lip service to it.

Or, perhaps you think that someone that thinks fission is dirty is a knee jerk reactionary that can't tell the difference between two different energy forms.

Not really.

Or, perhaps you are just engaging in hyperbole as you have nothing of substance to offer for consideration.

Your whole reply was hyperbole. As is the political movement against the use of nuclear.

In either case ... the statement is a disappointment. From you I expect more cogent argument than the fluff I quote above.

Yet you haven't addressed any of it.

PS: And I ignored your use of the word 'barely' as it didn't change your statement.

A qualifier doesn't change the context of a statement? Not at all? Not even a tiny, insignificant bit? You're an odd one dan.
