You are right about Milk intolerance, but in
general it only effects Asians of Indian origin.
I would'nt say it effects most of the planets population.
Indians dont drink it anyway, never have, even their icecream is free of milk.
Milk can effect some white westerners, giving rise to loose stools, diahorrea, and headaches.
Guess you're Ok, seeing you like icecream, most every one does anyway.
I heard a whisper, ...dont know if there is any truth in it. That eating too much cheese thickens
the arteries, leading to Heart attacks in later life.
The thinking being ...that cheese is pure fat.
