I don't see them as being very different from those associated with the music/film industry...at least for a while.

But as the technology advances, harder problems will arise. Consider the implication of gene transfer and/or minupulation in humans. In the coming world where everyone is genetically altered in some manner, be it eye/hair/skin color, body type, muscle density, desease resistance, etc, who will own the ultimate rights to the design? The human that is the design or the company that patented the design? Now that will be an interesting show.

Sort of gives a new meaning to Napster.
