Thanks! Another brilliant example of how science is self-correcting. Yes, scientists are sometimes subjective; nobody denies it. But the peer-review process and the scientific method corrects for this. Sometimes it’s sooner, sometimes later, but it always happens.

BTW, the fact that bacteria existed over 3.6 bya is not in dispute, only whether there were photosynthetic bacteria present at that time.
