I agree with this characterization. But "Increasing" and "Decreasing"? That makes no sense still.

Atmospheric and meteorological science are in their infancy. Global warming is still more hypothetical than proven in term of whether it is long term or short term and whether it is self-reversing.

Any single item on the subject can be easily disputed by someone paying attention to the scientific literature.

What can not be disputed is that the stakes are high if we guess wrong: If we wait until too late to figure it out.
