1) if a fool is lifted to a height of 10 meters
in one second and the fool has a mass of 100 kg

how much energy is required to lift that fool to a height of 10 meters in one second.

2) if a fool that has a mass of 100 kg same is moving at a velocity of 1m/sec.

how much kinetic energy does that fool possess
