What percentage of the Documentable shark attacks that occur each year are due to Great Whites?

HOw many people can accurately distinguish between a Great White Shark and any other species of shark in the sea?

It wouldn't surprise me if some people thought a coelacanth was a "great blue" shark, despite the fact that the coelacanth has scales and too many fins to be a shark.
