Just click here, select your operating system and whatnot and download.
I also use Free Surfer. Word of Warning - if you visit the microsoft web site it will sometimes cause a fatal error in explorer. I'm not sure exactly why so i'll assume like difficulties exist with other sites.
Overall, I give it 4.5 stars
