Hmm. Bad Computer! Smack! Take that! And that! Here, I'll give you this byte o' nine tails whip I devised especially for disciplining recalcitrant siliconoids.

So, okay, I grant that you possibly could house the physical, corporeal portions of the human race in the structure you described. I don't think such an edifice would support healthy human existence, from a psychological standpoint. And there would never be enough parking!

But it's a lot better than 10 square meters. :-)
