The one thing that definitely isn't well balanced is Limbaugh.

'Balanced' is not something you can just throw out there and have stick. Certainly it is not balanced on the basis of 1 hour. Nor 24 hours. How about over a week? a month? a year? a century? million years? The word, while seeming to say something, is purely ambiguous.

That having been noted the issue of solar balance is irrelevant in the short-term. There are many more sources of heat on this planet than the sun.
