If you're interested, you can read the actual report here rather than the reporters’ take on it (though the reporters’ take is not too far off the mark but i'm only halfway done). Seems the conclusions of the report is "yea, maybe, but there ain't squat we can about it". Which is a fairly accurate position. But the report doesn't make it man-made global warming so, doesn't make it more likely, and doesn't, so far as i can tell, change anything whatsoever – including our current policies on the matter. Just more political wrangling in trying to achieve political goals - this one i think being the revitalization of the nuclear power industry – which is a good thing IMO.
