Light can be proven at will to be inarguably particulate (photoelectric effect, Compton scattering) and inarguably wave-like (double slit diffraction, Poisson's Spot and here and here).
Photons have zero rest mass. They only exist at lightspeed. Science fiction diddles like cosmium, lux and relux are strictly science fiction. No "solid" is composed of photons.
You can wangle "optical molassis" and "optical tweezers" such, but those are something very different - the response of matter to an electromagnetic field.
