since i am interested in the topics of chaos and complexity, this statement is interesting to me.
i am not overly knowledgeable about computer programs, but this idea seems possible.
in my examinatio;n of the dna sequences of blood group antigens and antibodies, i have found info by looking at these sequences in a different way than just looking at them linearly.
does any of your work include anything about information theory as defined by Claude Shannon ?
