You're certainly welcome to post your ideas here, if you like, if you want some kind of scientific commentary. But if you have ideas for your country's defense, why not contact your own Department of Defense? They should be the ones to benefit from the products of your creative genius. This is a Science forum. All you're likely to get here is comments on the feasibility of the scientific aspects of your work.
