has anybody developed a proccessor which can produce random numbers(NOT PSUEDO RANDOM, OR IN NEED OF A SEED)but truly random.

also: what would the possible uses and/or advantages of such a proccessor.

i dare not say how yet, because i have no idea of the technicalities involved. and may be barking up the wrong tree completely, and look really naive and foolish.
