if we take into account the fact that future looking computer applications revolve around the ability to encode and safe guard personal information. then this newly applied technology would halt any current aspirations to expand the use of e commerce, whilst making possible (and indeed enforcing) a fresh start for the computer industry, in the way transactions and exchange of personal information is carried out.
