This is a thought experiment showing that the moon can only travel on certain paths given its velocity and the pull of gravity. There are certain areas of space that the moon is forbidden from occupying under these conditions. It is where it is now because of these conditions. It would have to occupy another different orbit if gravity was less due to it being further away, it could not be in between places that did not fit with if velocity and pull of gravity. What I'm hoping to establish is, that objects in space have to follow certain paths given their velocity (which they all possess) and are forbidden from other paths because of this velocity. This fixing of paths could cause a collection of particles to be attacted to each other without the need of gravitational attraction. Or so it seems to me.
