I take it you plan to replace all the oxygen-producing and oxygen-ultilizing competing organisms from the entire earth as well? I guess one can get oxygen from rocks, if one's needs and demands are minimal.
Where does the oxygen come from now? It's not produced by organisms, they simple recycle it from the CO2. I see no reason why we couldn't just recycle it directly and do away with the organisms.
You can still keep a flower box in your window though.
