It has nothing to do with risk unless you happen to want to go to bed with a whole heck of a lot of depleted uranium. To get a half a Ci, one would have to have over 1200 kilos of DU.
I tell you what rose, you go to bed with a kilo of plutonium 241 and i'll go to bed with a kilo of depleted uranium.
remember, 500 rems and Rose is room temp.
