WOW! Relating the "LET'S-DO-SOMETHING-JUST-IN-CASE" idiocy to sacrificing food and people to the Gods. Hadn’t thought of that before but it is a perfect analogy. That is exactly what these people are doing. They have faith that if they sacrifice their precious assets today, somehow they will be rewarded in the future even though they have no evidence to prove any relationship. More evidence environmentalism is just like other religions.
