The global warming debate aside (for this post at least), I call your attention to a few facts.

1) This article was published a year and a half ago. Apparently, no one cares. Why do you suppose that is?

2) 6 CO2 + 6H2O -> C6H12O6 + 6 O2. Recognize this? It's photosynthesis. This puts a serious crimp in his oxygen depletion argument.

3) Did you notice that the whole point of the article was to sell his company's Magnegas stuff? That doesn't do anything for his credibility.

Predictably, the above feature of hydrogen combustion has alarmed environmental groups, labor unions, and other concerned people.

If people are alarmed by fuel cells, I haven't seen any evidence of it.
