Okay tyler I am not sure how bigg your Cock is but it is most likly normal.

Now about the CUM issue it depends on how old you are and how developed you are in sack!!! If you only come a great deal once a weak there is a good chance that you are still in the early stages of the middle of pubirty.

How much hair do you have down there! has your voiced changed yet and has your sex drive or (libido) gone up these are all questions you need to ask yourself.

If so than You may just be a person you does not produce a great deal of sperm.

I would not start that jelqing method untill you evaluate these questions because jelquing can do more harm than good on a developing young body.
