Penis Enlargement
If you have a small penis (I don’t) you should do these techniques to make it bigger. What this actually does is it enlarges the Corpora Cavernosa and all the other spongy tissue that fills up with blood when you get hard. The Corpora Cavernosa is a blood sack in your penis. You should have three of them. These exercises aren’t going to make your penis bigger overnight. The more you try the better results you will get.
Now first you should start out in the flaccid state (non-erected) and grab your penis around the head firmly. Now pull with median force so you would feel a stretch at the base and the middle of the penis. Do this exercise for about ten seconds, ten times. When your finish, rotate your penis to the left ten times and then to the right ten times. The purpose of this technique is to stretch out your penis and prepare yourself for the workout ahead.

Warm up
One warm up you can do is called the “hot wrap.” This method expands the tissue inside your penis and testicles. To do the “hot wrap” you soak a wash cloth under hot water. Now rap it around your penis and testicles. Hold it there for two minutes. Then put it under the hot water again and wrap it around again. Repeat this method about five times.
Another way to warm up is to submerge your penis in hot water. Make sure the water doesn’t burn you. Keep your penis submerged in water for about 10 minutes.
Both of these exercises work very well. The purpose is to keep blood in the penis and keeping the blood spaces larger. After you complete the warm up you do most and if not all of the exercises. Also make sure you do the warm up before every session.


“Pubococcygeus Intenser”
The main goal of this exercise is to make your erections rock hard. It also will fix weak ejaculations, low volume and intensity of ejaculation, premature ejaculation, and impotence. You first need to know how to work the Pubococcygeus muscle. Get an erection and make your penis move up and down. If you can’t do this, go urinate and stop the flow of pee. If you can’t do this then you really need this exercise.
To perform the Pubococcygeus Intenser sit in a chair and flex your Pubococcygeus Muscle and hold it for about ten seconds. Repeat this for about five times. Then you continuously flex your Pubococcygeus muscle 200-500 times. After you flex it and hold it for as long as you can. You can repeat all these steps as many times as you want. The more you do it the better the results.
“Power Milker”
This is truly the best method in enlarging your penis. Before you do the “Power Milker,” massage your penis to a partial erection. Now grab the base of your penis with your thumb and forefinger. Now slide your two fingers forward slowly forcing blood into the head. When you do this you might be able to see your head increasing with size in every stroke. Your “Power Milking” session should last for about 30 minutes. This exercise forces blood into and increase the size of the Corpora Cavernosa. Most people have gained six inches in six weeks with a daily 30-minute “Power Milker” session.
“Size Increaser”
This technique stretches out the penis. If you feel pain in your penis don’t stretch it that hard. To do the “Size Increaser” grasp the head of your penis (make sure it is not erected) and pull forward and hold it for 30 seconds. Repeat this about 5 times. Next, grasp the head and pull it down for 30 seconds. Repeat this about 5 times. Next pull it up, and hold it for 30 seconds. Repeat about 5 times. Then pull it to the right for 30 seconds. Repeat about 5 times. Finally, pull it to the left and hold it for 30 seconds. Repeat about 5 times.
“Testicle hanger”
This excercice is almost to same as the “Size Increaser,” but with a little twist. The “Testicle hanger” makes your balls hang lower. This is very important. Your penis will hang down instead of sticking out. If your penis points it looks very small, so I suggest doing this exercise a lot. To start you grasp one hand around your testicles and the other around the head. Pull them in opposite directions. Feel a good stretch and hold it for 30 seconds. Next choose two other opposite directions (Up, down; left, right;) hold it for 30 seconds. Repeat this about 15 times.

If you do these exercises daily your penis will increase in size. If your penis gets bruises I suggest you stop and take a break for a couple of days.

So, that's how jelqing works. But what happens when you do it incorrectly? Bruising, swelling and little red spots that appear on the head and shaft of the penis are the most common issues that jelqers have to deal with. Typically, this is caused by overzealousness - doing too much too soon. Men just starting on jelqing routines go overboard and try and do too much too quickly, thinking it will yield faster results. The best way to avoid physiological problems is to simply stick to the routine that you've been set. Don't do more than is recommended. As your stamina levels rise you can increase your reps in line with whatever your program provider recommends but to go beyond these recommendations before you are ready is folly.
