The normal range for adult males is
4 - 8 inches. The average for adult males
is 5.5 inches. If by 3" in girth you mean
circumference, then you have a slender
penis, but it is not abnormally slender,
especially if you are still going through
puberty. You have nothing to worry about.
You are doing just fine.
