I'mm 11 years old and I don't know if my penis is too big, or what ejaculation is

I am 11 years old. About 4 months ago, my penis used to be just over 8 inches long when it got hard. I didn't know if this was too big or too small as I had never seen anyone else's penis to compare my size. I heard about jelqing and
I started to do it about twice everyday. Now, when I get an erection, it is nearly 11 inches long. When I had my school medical last week, the nurse said that my penis was far too big for someone my age, and it wasn't even erect, it was soft and was 6 inches long.

I'm not all worried about having a big penis, I'm going to carry on jelqing. What I am worried about is something else. When I started jelqing about 4 months ago, I started to go to sleep at night, and wake up in the morning with a huge erection. This happened every morning. Some mornings I woke up with a load of white stuff in my bed. Then one day when I was jelqing, I had an urge to rub my penis because it felt really nice. I kept rubbing it really hard, then it spat out loads of the same white stuff. It felt really great, but I'm not sure if this is normal. I got worried at first because I thought something was wrong with me. I keep waking up with white stuff in my bed, and when I jelq, white stuff comes out more often. I'm too embarrassed to tell anyone this. At my medical, the nurse asked if I had ejaculated yet. I didn't know what she meant so I said no. Is this ejaculation, if so, what does it mean? Please can anyone give me advice about ejaculation or my penis size.
