Probably not. But there is a star that is behaving weirdly. Kepler spotted it. Kepler was looking for planets by observing dips in the brightness of stars as planets passed in front of it. They found a lot, as we all know. One of them though doesn't work the way we expect. The dip isn't periodic. It seems to be pretty much random. And the dip isn't always the same size. It has shown one dip that reduced the brightness of the star by 22%. That is just not in the books. Now they are trying to explain it. They have considered a lot of different possibilities and they have all had problems. So as a long shot they suggested that maybe denizens of a planet around that star are constructing a Dyson Sphere. A huge lot of solar panels circling a sun that provide power for a power hungry civilization. They have stated that they don't really believe it, but it is one thing to be considered.

C is not the speed of light in a vacuum.
C is the universal speed limit.
