I assume the show is in Britain, it is on Channel 5. It is a reality show about people trying to live like people in 10,000 BC. Rebecca Wragg Sykes has posted a discussion of what life was like in Europe at that time. It is found on her blog at The Rocks Remain. Rebecca is a paleoanthropologist specializing in the Neanderthals. This isn't quite her period, but she seems to have a good grasp of what it was like. She doesn't think much of the way the producers present life at that time, but hopes it will get some people interested in archaeology.
