REP: I am suggesting that Mesurement is not only made by Humans but by the entire Universe...
They do a kind of lookup of m-theory to exceute their next action.
Now what does the electron do when it finds itself near the Nucleus.This finding of "feel" was generated by Probability Distribution.Which collapses suddenly.And knolwedge is abosorbed and sent for the next processing.In the meanwhile some time paasses and Nucleus moves away.And then next action is taken.After which the next Probability collaspe takes place.Which is different from the past knowledge of electron.Therefore they appear to have no memeory.But infact the electron's memory is embedded in the m-theroy.(thats all it needs to remember and not the physical configuration which means all the Physical Dimensions collapse to a very small size and all the other dimension of Knowledge expand into a new Phsyical Creation. That is called Consciousness..if you wanrt. )
Notice that the cause and effect are not travelling towards each other with infinite speed.Which actually means that Speed of Light is finite even by Quantum Measurements(before Quantum Physics its measurement was done and it took some time to be described under a Group.Therefore Knowledge was travelling at a Finite speed.)
