If you were to take a tree in the United states that had lost all its leave s during fall , and take it to Europe during the spring. Would it blossom and grow new leaves or still stay bare

That depends. Are you taking the roots and dirt as well? If so, it should be planted right away and allowed to settle in the Fall and Winter and it should leaf out in Spring. Keep it well watered but not so moist it molds.

I'm no Botanist, but I get by.

Hope that helps,

"Amaranth"

The botanical (note spelling) results of translation within the same geographic hemisphere are obvious and mostly uninteresting. What would happen to the timing and phase of a deciduous tree's annual estivation if you shipped it to the other side of the Equator? If you planted it on the Equator?

If there were a discrepancy, would it also obtain from its planted seeds?
