the reason that there are record high temperatures in texas is NOT because of all the fires in texas.

the fires are due to climatic changes that have caused texas to not get much rain for a long time.

trees and brush get dry and burn more readily that when they are damp.

And of course there will probably be more fires because the weather doesn't show any signs of giving rain. I'm in Tulsa Oklahoma and we are also in a drought situation. And we are being plagued with fires. We aren't nearly as bad as SW Oklahoma and West Texas, where they are in an extreme drought situation. So far here in NE Oklahoma this year we have had blizzards, record low temperatures, record high temperatures, and a bad drought. And we have had some dramatic weather changes. Last week we were having more record high temperatures over 100 degrees F (38 degrees C). This week we haven't gotten above the mid 80s and most of the week we barely got to 80 (28 degrees C). That is not what most people call "normal", except of course people who don't believe in climate changes.

texas has been gettin pretty hot lately , do you think somebody messed up and that is what allowed a few showers to breach the international borders of the great nation of texas recently.

I dont think they were really serious about it though , it was just something that drew attention , like a fad.

and I dont believe that God is punnishing texas , maybe hes showing texas what it means to belong to a country so that texans wont act as if they can foot all the bills themselves.

I know alot of the cattlemen have had to sell their cattle because its better than letting them die from lack of water.
