time isnt dilated what we use to measure time with is
dilated (the number of changes in energy levels ).
the frequency of the cesium atom changes as it is
exposed to changes in gravity and velocity.
so what we use to measure time with changes.
but time itself does not change.
and its not times fault because time cant help it if
we are using an incorrect measurement of itself.
LOL
