At the risk of straying too far from an informational format, here are a few different perspectives...

ON THE SPEED OF SIGHT

Assume
that being human

we are much too fast
for the sight of plants

that flowers see
at the speed of blooming

grass in movements
on an inch per week

and snails are
even to the fastest roses

scarcely visible shots of light.
Sequoia then and oak

see the slowest
watching

as the granite slopes
grow like teeth

and constellations
lose their form.

AN END OF TIME

(Is it nothing more
than the movement of
all things?)

Imagine, if you can,
a thing we bring to life
by moving through it
a state incapable of being real
if not in motion.

Picture every galaxy and quasar
every molecule and atom
every Quark, humming String
and hidden Boson seizing up
locking down the infinite arc
of all existence.

Think of starlight bolted still
in a trillion times the density
of stone.
